Keeping up with Helen

Admittedly, there isn't much to keep up on.

This first blog post is more like an introduction as you will to me and my life. I am 20 years old, from London but based in Loughborough University and this is where I will be blogging from. My life mostly revolves around university and the work that I get and am meant to do but every Tom, Dick and Harry seems to have a blog, so I thought why not?

Please don't expect me to talk about serious issues, as much as I am interested, I cannot write about them and expect to have other people take me seriously. So, instead of focusing on world politics and the state of current affairs I am going to mainly talk about the nicer things in life - good food, good telly, good company and good clothes. Of course, there will the occasional anecdote from life, if it is interesting enough to make the cut, but don't worry I will not bore you with tales of ALDI shopping and night out antics.

I hope you have some enjoyment out of these little posts that I'll be putting together and if anyone is reading this, then hang on in there I promise the writing and hopefully the humour will improve.
